Returning to the label is Lawrence Friend with the sensational two-track 'Mondego Me EP'.

Label head and globally touring DJ, Lawrence's 20 year career has seen him play all over the world as well as hold residencies at Ministry of Sound and Pacha. Signed to a number of labels already, his unique sound is fully being realised now on Traded.

A side track 'Rui Mondego' begins with a rapturous tribal beat and repeated piano, building tension toward the first break and opening the piano line up reveals a joyous summer anthem for the sunshine floors. On the flip, 'Saved Me' takes the baton on with low-slung bass and deep sonics. A male spoken word sample laments the power of House. Gloriously retro-futuristic, it's just the tonic for a crazy year.
